Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Shutdown Boilermakers to join our roaming crews servicing the Bowen Basin and Gailee Mines. With multiple sites, flexible rosters and 4–6 week shutdowns, this is your opportunity to elevate your mining career with a company that invests in its people.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Fixed plant maintenance – planned, preventative and breakdown repairs

• Maintenance of CHPP equipment, crushers, conveyor systems, vibrating screens, pumps and associated infrastructure

• Structural welding and fabrication

• Working safely and effectively within high-performing shutdown teams

What You’ll Bring

• Trade qualification – Boilermaker (Cert III Engineering Fabrication or equivalent)

• Current Driver’s Licence

• Previous mining or heavy industrial experience (2+ years preferred)

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability

• Commitment to safety and teamwork

• Professional, reliable and motivated attitude

Highly regarded (or willingness to obtain for the position):

• Confined Spaces - (willing to obtain for the position)

• Working at Heights (willing to obtain for position)

• Gas Test Atmospheres (willing to obtain for position)

• Forklift / HR Licence

• Construction White Card (willing to obtain for position)

• QLD Coal Board Medical

• Standard 11 SOA (willing to obtain for position)

• National Police Check (within 6 months)
