The Role:

Join our expanding East Coast team as a Coordinator! Lead, innovate, and drive success with new and existing clients and a dynamic team of 30+ employee's.

Location: Singleton - NEW OFFICE OPENING OCTOBER 2024

Hours: Monday to Friday 6AM-4PM.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with clients to fulfill labour needs
• Maintain a consistent workflow and accurate rosters
• Pursue new work opportunities through existing and potential clients.
• Be actively involved in the recruitment process of hiring personnel.
• Travel for regular client and employee catch ups
• Drive a positive safety culture and lead safety culture initiatives
• Attend regular team events to build team culture
• Provide timely and accurate client quotes

What were looking for:

• Preferred - Trade Qualified Diesel Mechanic, Auto Electrician or Boilermaker
• Experience in NSW mining (Maintenance, scheduling or coordination)
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong communication skills & computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office)
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Valid C Class drivers license.
