About the Role:
As an Operations Administrator within the North Queensland team, you will be responsible for maintaining professionalism and accuracy when dealing with customers (both internal and external) while completing daily tasks. You will be responsible for the daily administration in conjunction with your division Coordinator, ensuring the smooth workflow for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform the mobilisation and demobilisation of field service employees.
- Book flights, accommodation, training and site-specific inductions.
- Purchasing of good as required.
- Monitor employee licenses/tickets and maintaining the training matrix.
- Maintaining site Customer Management System (CMS).
- High volume of monthly invoicing - Preparation and uploading.
- Time sheet entry.
- Booking of vehicle maintenance.
- General Admin - Ordering of PPE, booking of training and medicals etc.
- Maintaining high level customer service to both internal and external clients.

Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role would be highly regarded
- Accurate data entry skills
- Proficient with Office 365 Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience using accounting software eg. MYOB.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines
- Professional and friendly attitude
