About the Role:

Reporting to the Infrastructure Shutdown & Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Shutdown & Projects Fixed plant labour resource pool to execute the planning & rostering allocations.

This is an interesting role where you will work across a diverse & complex scope of work to give you the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects & services.

Full-Time position based at our Perth Airport head office

Monday – Friday, 6.00am – 4pm

What will I be involved with?

  • Oversee the supply of Mechanical & Electrical trades for various shutdown & project teams using internal & external systems
  • Developing resourcing strategies to maximise labour utilisation & retention
  • Liaising with internal team, clients & field staff
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures whilst enhancing the Mader brand.

What do I need?

  • A strong background in a similar role mobilisation/planning within the resources sector
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment & adapt to change
  • Working knowledge of resource systems i.e. INX, Pegasus, Enable etc.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office literacy
  • Current car driver’s licence
