About the Role:

Due to continued growth in Mader Group's Rail Services team, we are currently seeking Trade Assistants for a local role based in Altona, Victoria.

Based on a Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm.

This role will be located in a Locomotive (Train) maintenance centre.

Main Duties: 

• Trade Assistant duties with Tradespeople including Mechanical Fitters & Welders
• Undertake manual handling
• Assisting in the locomotive maintenance including refuelling, general maintenance/services + cleaning of the locomotive
• Use of hand & power tools + maintenance
• Workshop housekeeping

What do I need to join?

• Drivers Licence
• Ability to pass a medical + DAS (Will be required)
• National Police Check within 6 months or willing to get
