As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic at Mader Group, you will be essential in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and performing preventative maintenance on diverse heavy machinery. Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on heavy equipment to identify issues.
• Conduct major component change outs and emergency repairs as needed.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Work independently or as part of a team depending on operational requirements.
• Utilize provided tools and resources to enhance your knowledge of various equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in heavy equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience repairing heavy mobile mining equipment.
• Minimum 3 years experience with CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, Sandvik, etc.
• Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic or similar role.
• Strong vehicle maintenance skills with a focus on industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with electrical systems related to heavy machinery is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in diagnostics and repairs.
• Customer service orientation with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of farm machinery is a plus but not required.
