About the role:

The Recruitment Administrator supports the Fixed Plant Maintenance & Rail Services recruitment team with day to day operational admin and data entry duties including but not limited to:

  • Pre-employment reference checks 
  • Maintenance of recruitment and HR records through Pageup, and other related systems
  • Assisting with compliance reporting including license/ tickets, emergency contact, insurance, visas etc
  • Internal induction checks
  • Uniform ordering

This role is open to experienced Recruitment Administrators with the right attitude. You will join a positive & high energy supportive team environment.

Working hours are 7.30am - 4pm, 3 days a week 

Part-Time position based at our Perth Airport Head Office, free parking provided.

About you:

  • Pro-active, highly motivated recruitment professional with previous blue collar recruitment experience within mining, civil or construction industries
  • Strong focus on candidate care
  • Have good attention to detail with good written and verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Confidence and maturity to liaise professionally with staff and management
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Active, helpful and contributing team member with a strong work ethic, positive outlook and friendly disposition
  • Capable of managing a multitude of tasks and priorities to ensure deliverables are met
  • Intermediate MS Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint
