About the Role:

To support our growing team, we are looking for a highly motivated and driven Recruitment Specialist to join our Infrastructure/Rail Services division in our Perth Head Office.

This role will be suitable for someone who enjoys working in a close knit team within a fast paced environment with previous recruitment experience in the mining industry. You will join a positive & high energy team environment with a results focused mindset.

In this position, your duties will include, but are not limited to the talent attraction of blue collar trades, shortlisting & management of candidates within the Fixed plant maintenance/Rail Services division.

This is an interesting role where you will work across a diverse & complex scope of work to give you the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects & services.

Based at our Perth Airport Office, this is a Monday - Friday role : 7.30am - 4.00pm

What you need to be considered:

• Previous recruitment experience in the mining industry or similar 
• Strong customer-service approach - internally & to our candidates
• Must be self-motivated and be able to use your own initiative
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
