Mader Queensland are looking for an Operations Administrator to join our expanding East Coast Operations team! Based in our Hamilton Office - working Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm.

About the Role:
The Operations Administrator of our Trade Upgrade division is responsible in maintaining professionalism and accuracy when dealing with customers (both internal and external) and while completing daily tasks. These tasks can include but not limited to; timesheet entry and collation, invoice preparation and uploading, mobilisation, booking of training and medicals, PPE ordering and customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform the mobilisation and demobilisation of field service employees.
- Book flights, accommodation, training and site specific inductions
- Selection and ordering of staff PPE
- Allocation of appropriate costs within invoice
- Monitor employee licenses/tickets, and maintaining the training matrix
- Maintaining site Customer Management System (CMS)
- Assisting the coordinators with quoting & invoicing as required
- Scheduling and monitoring of vehicle maintenance
- Maintaining high level customer service to both internal and external clients
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a similar industry
- Accurate data entry skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience using accounting and mobilisation systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi task and meet multiple deadlines
- Professional and friendly attitude
