About the Job:

Our East Coast Operations continues to expand and we’re seeking a Coordinator with NSW industry experience to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of our expansion and success. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role will see you working closely with our clients, identifying new business opportunities and overseeing a team of 30+ field employees.

Location: Option to be based in our Brisbane or Singleton office.

Hours: Monday to Friday 6AM-4PM.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Work with our clients to assist with labour and staffing requests.
• Schedule and maintain a consistent workflow.
• Pursue new work opportunities through existing and potential clients.
• Be actively involve in the recruitment process of hiring personnel.
• Ensure employee roster is accurate and up to date.
• Regular site travel to conduct client visits and employee check-ins.
• Drive positive safety culture and reinforce safety messaging.
• Regular team events and employee catch ups to build team culture.
• Timely and accurate quotes are provided to clients.

Skills and experience required:

• Trade qualified Diesel Mechanic, Auto Electrician or Boilermaker.
• Previous experience working in the NSW mining region either in a maintenance, planning/scheduling or coordinating role.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal).
• Intermediate computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office).
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Valid C Class drivers license.
