Field Service Coordinator – Southern Qld

Due to the continuing growth of Mader QLD we currently have an opportunity available for a Coordinator at our Head Office in Brisbane. This Role will be looking after our field service technicians based in the Southern QLD region. This role is ideal for a quality applicant who is looking to step up into a management role, whilst still be challenged on a technical and operational level. Build your leadership and business skills in a small and experienced team, whilst assisting in the growth of a dynamic company. You will work closely with our client’s planning teams to ensure required capacity is filled with the right blend of skill level across all trades and services, while supporting them with technical and planning support including development and assessment of work schedules.

Successful applicants will be required to:

  • Be proactive and safety focused at all times
  • Take part in in field safety observations & safety meetings
  • Build client relations and manage job demands
  • Provide strong technical advice to employees & clients when required
  • Budget, expense and asset management
  • Monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of work carried out
  • Performance management of employees
  • Collaborate closely with other coordinators
  • Meet all KPI’s set out as part of the position requirements
  • Able to work flexible hours to meet requirements
  • Travel to site as required

Essential criteria include:

  • Experience in planning for or working on large OEM mobile machinery
  • Previous experience in a similar position is desired, however not essential
  • Strong focus on Safety and Quality
  • Excellent time management and planning skills
  • Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player
  • Strong PC Skills including Outlook and Excel
  • Motivated and hard working with a professional attitude
